Usui/Holy Fire® III - Reiki I & II - Practitioner Training
If you are just starting your Reiki training, the Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II class is the perfect place to begin. This foundational course requires no prerequisites and is designed to introduce you to the powerful healing energy of Reiki.
Upon completion of this class, you will receive a certificate and be fully equipped to conduct Reiki healing sessions for yourself and others, opening the door to personal healing, growth, and spiritual connection.
Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki represents the evolution of traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho, founded by Dr. Mikao Usui, combined with Holy Fire® Reiki, introduced by William Lee Rand. This unique blend offers a powerful approach to energy healing by integrating the timeless wisdom of Usui Reiki with the refined, high-frequency energy of Holy Fire®. When you take Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki classes, you will learn both the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho techniques and the more recent Holy Fire® methods, providing a comprehensive understanding of Reiki’s healing potential.
Reiki I and II are taught together over a weekend intensive, during which you will receive both attunements (placements). The class covers all the essential information and techniques for both levels, including:
Reiki hand positions for self-healing and working with others.
Traditional Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Dr. Usui, such as Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho (developing your intuition), Byosen Scanning (detecting where Reiki is needed), and Kenyoku (clearing your energy field).
Understanding what Reiki is, how it works, and what can be healed through this practice.
The history and lineage of Reiki, including the evolution of reiki from Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi & Hawayo Takado to the present.
Reiki II symbols and how to use them, with ample practice time for building confidence.
Techniques for using Reiki to heal unwanted habits and relationships, as well as how to conduct distance healing.
The course includes hands-on (or distance, if taking a class online) practice, with time dedicated to giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, self-treatment, and practicing the Reiki II symbols, including distance healing. You will also learn and practice all the traditional Japanese Reiki techniques mentioned above, ensuring a well-rounded and immersive experience.
A comprehensive 192-page class manual from the ICRT is provided, along with a certificate upon completion. While the class offers practice time, it is highly recommended that you continue to set aside time for personal practice after the course. The more you engage with Reiki, the stronger your connection to the energy becomes, and with practice, your confidence and ability to facilitate healing will deepen.
